Does this confirm appointments?
No. Customers request their preferred time, then send the prepared message in WhatsApp. You confirm availability and any payment arrangements directly with them.
Can I use it outside Nigeria?
Yes. Use your international WhatsApp number, choose your currency and set your business’s time zone. Prices are displayed in your chosen currency; ChimeBook does not convert them.
Where are my details saved?
Your share link contains your public business details. Anyone with the link can view them. You can save a draft on this browser. Customer request details are prepared on their device and passed to WhatsApp only when they choose to continue.
What happens when I change my prices?
Create and share a new link after editing. Each link is a snapshot, so existing links keep the details they were created with.
